Well I had my first segment on commercial TV on Thanksgiving.

Well I had my first segment on commercial TV on Thanksgiving. It was a lot of fun. But here’s the backdrop. I was told to be ready to do 5 minutes on how to fix Thanksgiving dinner mistakes. So I thought OK, let’s do gluey mashed potatoes, lumpy gravy, and dry turkey breast and show how to fix them. When I get to the station I quickly realize that the show lasts for 3 hours and they have a different guest doing the same topic every hour. So I get there to see the guest who preceeded me an hour before I went on. She of course shows how to fix gluey mashed potatoes, and even brings some gravy fixes. Thank goodness I brought the dry turkey. Allen the host made everything easy. He wanted to talk about my college football roots at Michigan and when I started cooking. It really brought a comfort that lead to a fun and easy event. Ya know, I like this TV stuff, it’s fun. I hope you all get to check out my show. If not, click on the TV Shows button and see them on demand. I’d love to here your comments. Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! Take Care, Prep
