Spicy Blue Potato Chips Nachos

Serving Size: 10 Preparation Time: 5 minutes

1 pound Kettle or homemade potato chips
1/2 pound Gorgonzola cheese (or other soft blue cheese that melts well)
1/2 cup Valentine’s hot sauce (picante); Frank’s also works well

1. Pile the chips high on an oven-proof platter.
2. Sprinkle Gorgonzola or blue cheese on chips.
3. Pop platter in a 300 degree oven until cheese is thoroughly melted.
4. Pour on hot sauce and enjoy!
