1 can (11 ounces) chick peas, drained
1/4 cup Tahini (ground sesame seeds)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water
salt and pepper
1. In a large food processor with a blade, place chick peas, Tahini, lemon juice and garlic. Process until finely chopped. Start adding the oil through the feed tube slowly. Then add water through the feed tube.
2. Remove the top of the processor and check for consistency. If not smooth enough, add a little more water and process again until you get the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
