  • 2 lbs. Carrots, peeled and cut into long sticks (.25″ in thickness)
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pinch black pepper


  1. Melt butter in sauté pan over medium heat.
  2. Add carrots, salt and pepper to the pan.
  3. Stir occasionally and cook for approximately 20 minutes. Carrots should be soft and slightly browned.
