- 2 lbs. Carrots, peeled and cut into long sticks (.25″ in thickness)
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pinch black pepper
- Melt butter in sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add carrots, salt and pepper to the pan.
- Stir occasionally and cook for approximately 20 minutes. Carrots should be soft and slightly browned.
