  • 2 lbs. Asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pinch black pepper


  1. Melt butter in sauté pan over medium heat.
  2. Add asparagus, salt and pepper to the pan.
  3. Stir occasionally and cook for approximately 10 minutes. Asparagus should droop slightly when lifted by the end and be slightly browned. Don’t cook until mushy!
