- 2 lbs. Asparagus, ends trimmed
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pinch black pepper
- Melt butter in sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add asparagus, salt and pepper to the pan.
- Stir occasionally and cook for approximately 10 minutes. Asparagus should droop slightly when lifted by the end and be slightly browned. Don’t cook until mushy!
