Prep’s Poke Tuna Salad

1 pound sushi grade Ahi tuna, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 cup roasted pine nuts (macadamia nuts work will too)
2 tablespoon roasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon chili oil
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, black or roasted, or both.
2 tablespoons chives, snipped
1 cup cucumber peeled, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

1. Toss all the ingredients in a bowl gently but thoroughly.

2. Place in martini glasses. Garnish with extra chives and sesame seeds.
