1 bunch green organic curly kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 lemon, sliced thin
red pepper flakes
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Wash, dry, and remove stems from kale leaves. Break into pieces approximately 2 inches by 4 inches. Lay on a sheet pan and toss with olive oil, chili flakes, and salt. Spread out on sheet so no leaves are more than 2 layers thick.
3. Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes or until nicely crisp.
4. Plate and garnish with lemon slices.
