I love soup. That’s pretty clear, so much so that I’ve written a new book about it, which officially comes out later this summer called The Magic of Cooking With Really Good Broth. It’s the first cookbook in the “Johnny Prep’s Series: Culinary School for the Home Cook,” so there’s more to come for all of you who desire to create restaurant, five-star quality meals at home without having to actually go to culinary school.
