Our Cooking Crews in the middle schools are at it again. This time with a Roasted Vegetable Cobb Salad. We have teams of students working to optimize this recipe and take it to a competition. It features a fresh orange juice vinaigrette that is touched with sesame oil and rice wine vinegar.
